What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, including vendor and partnership agreements.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on KSA laws and SAMA regulations to provide actionable guidance.
• Monitor developments in KSA financial regulations and assess their impact on products and operations.
• Own and improve contract lifecycle management processes and maintain the contract repository.
• Develop standard legal templates, playbooks, and internal guidance notes to streamline contracting.
• Manage legal workstreams and coordinate with external counsel and internal business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university.
• 1-2 years of legal experience, ideally in fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Must be based in KSA.
• Solid understanding of KSA commercial law and the SAMA regulatory framework for financial services.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (C1 level) for written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with legal operations platforms.
