What you will do
- Maintain and monitor company IT operations to ensure continuous performance.
- Manage and troubleshoot office network infrastructure and internet connectivity.
- Resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues including printers and workstations.
- Perform light coding to automate repetitive IT tasks.
- Configure PCs and laptops and research hardware procurement options.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer and Network Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support role.
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
- Strong knowledge of network, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Ability to work overtime and in shifts.
