What you will do

• Execute audit projects effectively through development, fieldwork, reporting, and action plan monitoring.
• Refine and update internal audit methodologies.
• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to enhance compliance and implement process improvements.
• Communicate findings and recommendations for improvement to relevant work units.
• Manage the implementation of ISO 27001:2022 and ensure execution without major findings.
• Coordinate with external regulators, vendors, and consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Law, or a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in internal audit, operational risk, or fraud/misconduct investigation.
• Fluency in Indonesian is required.
• Strong knowledge of branch and head office operations, including KYC, onboarding, credit applications, and collections.
• Willingness and ability to work independently in the field and travel to remote branch locations.
• Understanding of Indonesian regulations regarding fintech companies and financial institutions.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in fintech, banking, or consumer finance sectors.
• Proficiency with data validation tools or mobile-based audit platforms.
• English proficiency.
