What you will do
- Create and manage comprehensive test plans and test cases for the entire team.
- Perform diverse testing types including UI, functionality, performance, regression, and integration testing.
- Lead, mentor, and train the QA team while managing project allocations and estimations.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, UI/UX, Infrastructure, and Product Management teams.
- Oversee bug reporting processes and provide regular project status updates.
- Conduct performance reviews and manage third-party collaborations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (manual or automation).
- Proven experience in a lead role with team management and mentoring responsibilities.
- Experience testing web and mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Proficiency in API testing tools and HTTP debugging.
- High level of comfort using SQL for data testing.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and test management tools.
- English: B2 level required for professional communication.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Fintech domain.
- Programming skills in NodeJS, Java, Python, or Ruby.
- Automation testing experience with Appium, Selenium, or Cucumber.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes using Jenkins or Gitlab.
