Senior UI/UX Designer

Location: Must be based in Beirut, Lebanon. The role follows a hybrid work model with an expectation of four days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Lead UI design projects from initial concept through to final implementation.
• Collaborate with CX strategists, UX designers, and developers to translate business objectives into effective interfaces.
• Champion user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Develop and maintain robust design systems and component libraries.
• Present and defend design rationale to stakeholders to advocate for user-centric solutions.
• Contribute to audience insights, CX strategy, and overall experience design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated UI/UX design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design and visual systems across web and mobile.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and industry-standard prototyping tools.
• Experience designing for diverse audiences, including cultural nuances for Arabic-speaking markets.
• Ability to create and maintain nested component architectures and design systems.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and influence stakeholders.
