Process Design Specialist (Business Analytics): Analysis, design, and optimization of end-to-end operational processes to support product roadmaps and portfolios with an accent on BPMN modelling and Agile delivery. Focus on bridging the gap between strategic product goals and operational execution through iterative design and squad leadership.

What you will do

  • Design, build, and present end-to-end operational process models (as-is and to-be) using ARIS and BPMN standards.
  • Lead and support squad delivery on a day-to-day basis, ensuring alignment with roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and refinement sessions.
  • Manage backlogs, epics, and user stories within Jira and Product Board in collaboration with technical stakeholders.
  • Identify operational pain points and drive continuous improvements to enhance customer and operational experience.
  • Develop operational readiness artefacts, including procedures, training needs, and validation scripts.

Requirements

  • Experience in process design, including BPMN modelling, requirements capture, and process analysis.
  • Knowledge of data networks and technology.
  • Proven experience in Agile delivery and facilitation of Scrum ceremonies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for requirements elicitation and optimization.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Product Board, and ARIS.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and influence outcomes across cross-functional business and technical teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Understanding of customer experience frameworks (e.g., personas, NPS, moments that matter).
  • Experience with BI tools or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prior knowledge of BT product portfolios and access technologies.
