Responsibilities:
• Define artistic vision and visual style
• Lead and mentor Artists and Animators
• Collaborate with Game Designers and Developers
• Oversee asset production and quality standards
• Implement AI-powered creative workflows
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Gaming/iGaming
• Leadership experience and strong portfolio
• Photoshop, Figma, After Effects, Spine
• Experience with AI tools
• Fluent Russian
