What you will do

• Design and develop growth strategies and product enhancements for the global P2P business (excluding Hong Kong).
• Analyze global P2P market characteristics to address user pain points and improve product usability.
• Build and refine user risk control and quality management systems to identify high-risk profiles.
• Establish comprehensive business funnel data analysis frameworks to guide product upgrades and business direction.
• Stay current with industry trends to produce actionable strategies and analytical reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 7+ years of experience in internet finance, blockchain, or digital currency-related industries.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages.
• Extensive operations management experience and exposure to multiple global markets.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
