What you will do

  • Develop and implement regional P2P expansion strategies to ensure sustainable business growth.
  • Design and optimize merchant onboarding, segmentation, and incentive structures to ensure liquidity depth.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance P2P transaction workflows and feature design.
  • Monitor core P2P KPIs and perform in-depth data analysis to identify growth bottlenecks and risk patterns.
  • Track competitor strategies and propose strategic responses regarding pricing and merchant policies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in platform operations, with strong preference for crypto/Web3.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on P2P operations experience in overseas markets (outside Mainland China).
  • Experience working at major crypto exchanges.
  • Deep understanding of P2P liquidity dynamics and regional payment systems (bank transfers, e-wallets).
  • English: Fluent (C1) required.
  • Location: Must be based in Dubai, UAE.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing regional teams, community contributors, or local operators.
  • Strong understanding of overseas P2P fraud patterns and payment risks.
  • Proficiency in Chinese or other regional languages.
