What you will do

• Drive the L&D agenda and consult with local business leaders on development and L&D services.
• Deploy sales and leadership trainings and ensure the delivery of technical learning solutions.
• Manage the hirify.global Academy, including the maintenance and updating of training equipment.
• Oversee subcontractor training for safety certificates and installation & maintenance method passports.
• Run apprentice programs and execute mandatory training campaigns for compliance and safety.
• Manage coaching, mentoring, and 360 leadership assessment actions within the country.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 5-8 years of direct L&D experience.
• Experience working within a multinational company and matrix organization.
• Excellent command of Thai and English.
• Strong project management, presentation, and communication skills.
