Senior Designer (Graphic Design)

Location: Hybrid (Sydney, Australia), average 4 days a week in the office

What you will do

• Develop retail-focused designs for catalogues, digital ads, and packaging.
• Collaborate with project managers and client teams to visually elevate brands.
• Ensure brand and design consistency across all print and digital collateral.
• Manage the full design process, including typography, layout, and pre-press requirements.
• Oversee and provide design guidance to other designers within the team.
• Create high-quality finished art and perform basic image retouching.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in designing and producing marketing collaterals.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft programs.
• Strong expertise in print and digital design processes and required outputs.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia, and able to work in a hybrid model (avg. 4 days in office)
