Senior Business Development Manager (Cryptocurrency)

What you will do

• Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Build new affiliate networks and improve the performance of existing affiliates.
• Expand local-market influencer partnerships to attract trading users and generate platform revenue.
• Identify potential affiliates and create new business development opportunities.
• Analyze user habits and behavior to assess business development trends.
• Plan and optimize actions to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or business development within the cryptocurrency industry.
• Experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish.
• Experience with analytical and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Amplitude.
• Understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and data-driven optimization methods.
