What you will do

• Identify and acquire high-value clients through industry events, networking, and referrals.
• Manage a portfolio of high-potential clients, ensuring growth in assets under management and trading volume.
• Provide professional consultation on spot, derivatives, Earn, and structured products.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to deliver customized solutions for key accounts.
• Track industry trends and competitor strategies to provide actionable market intelligence.
• Meet monthly and quarterly performance targets based on defined KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Web3 industry with hands-on knowledge of exchanges, wallets, and DeFi.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong KPI and result orientation with a data-driven approach to performance.
• Ability to handle a high-intensity work pace and frequent travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
