What you will do

• Drive the full lifecycle of AI initiatives from scoping and tool research to rollout.
• Embed AI tools into business workflows and track measurable productivity outcomes.
• Build lightweight dashboards and reporting to support decision-making.
• Identify and resolve collaboration friction across cross-functional teams.
• Manage progress tracking and delivery for key strategic initiatives.
• Stay current on emerging AI tools to develop repeatable best practices.

Requirements

• Must have a current right to work in Singapore
• Proficiency in English and fluency in Mandarin required
• Deep practical experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or Midjourney.
• Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
• Proven ability to deliver results in ambiguous or fast-changing situations.

Nice to have

• Experience in internet, content, e-commerce, or growth-related roles.
• Background in cross-functional project management.
