What you will do

• Own the end-to-end operational health, security, and maintainability of PDM-related digital products and AWS services.
• Define operational architecture and service standards to ensure scalability in global production environments.
• Lead major cross-domain incidents, coordinating internal teams and suppliers to ensure fast containment and resolution.
• Govern production readiness and go-live decisions to mitigate operational risks.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives, including observability, automation, and service management maturity.
• Translate operational pain points into roadmap-level improvements in collaboration with product and architecture teams.

Requirements

• Expert-level experience operating AWS production environments including ECS, Aurora PostgreSQL, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
• Strong understanding of PLM/PDM platforms and product data flows.
• Proven experience in DevOps, Agile, and ITIL-based service management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead major incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• University degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multi-vendor ecosystems.

Nice to have

• Certifications in AWS, DevOps, or ITIL4.
• Background in engineering data-intensive environments.
• Experience with Agile leadership practices.
