What you will do

• Conduct global market research to identify strategic partnership opportunities with digital asset issuers.
• Lead commercial discussions and advise on partnership structures and key terms.
• Support commercial due diligence and optimize onboarding standards for new partners.
• Analyze product-market fit for new digital assets and provide strategic insights on token economics.
• Liaise with market makers to manage liquidity and maintain institutional relationships.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in exchange businesses, venture capital, fixed income, or structured finance.
• Demonstrated track record in leading high-value commercial negotiations.
• Solid knowledge of the digital asset ecosystem, blockchain technology, and token economics.
• Native-level English proficiency is required.
• Strong ability to evaluate counterparty risks and manage complex stakeholder environments.

Nice to have

• Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage for global market coverage.
