Training Specialist (French)

TL;DR

Training Specialist (Learning & Development): Supporting local L&D managers with administrative coordination of training programs with an accent on scheduling, stakeholder communication, and virtual facilitation. Focus on managing complex training agendas, tracking learner progress, and ensuring seamless service delivery in a multinational environment.

Location: Must be based in Bratislava, Slovakia (Hybrid work policy)

Salary: From 1,900 EUR/gross

What you will do

• Coordinate training schedules with internal and external trainers and business stakeholders.
• Manage training logistics including room bookings, enrollments, and cancellations.
• Communicate with learners regarding invitations and enrollment changes.
• Facilitate selected programs on virtual platforms.
• Track approvals, pre-work assignments, and test scores.
• Prepare reports on organized trainings, including statutory reporting.

Requirements

• Fluent and advanced level of French (B2+)
• Communicative level of English (B2+)
• Motivation to work in a Learning & Development environment.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Proactive approach and cross-cultural communication skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a coordinator.
• Proficiency in Dutch.
