What you will do

• Define and implement the tribe’s technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality software solutions while enforcing SDLC and CI/CD best practices.
• Oversee incident and problem management to ensure system stability.
• Mentor teams and Product Tech Leads to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of vision and priorities.
• Contribute to the Tech Leads Guild and cross-tribe technology initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the IT industry with a track record of managing large teams and projects.
• Fluent in both Georgian and English (verbal and written).
• Strong understanding of modern architecture, cloud computing, and DevOps practices.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, negotiation, and change management.
• Must be based in Tbilisi, Georgia (Head Office role).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
