Senior Product Manager (Risk Intelligence)

Senior Product Manager (Risk Intelligence): Owning and developing hirify.global fraud risk systems and the product roadmap to prevent, detect, and respond to fraud with an accent on designing risk models, risk platforms, and integrating fraud vendors. Focus on managing ML/AI model projects for identity verification, such as liveness detection and face comparison, and optimizing the balance between financial loss and user experience.

What you will do

• Drive the risk platform product to world-class standards, balancing financial losses, customer experience, and business growth.
• Manage ML/AI model projects for identity verification, including liveness detection, face comparison, and ID verification.
• Collaborate with data science, ML engineering, and development teams to implement and monitor model services.
• Define and monitor success metrics, managing the product backlog and sprint prioritization.
• Lead the entire product research and design process with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in risk management, with familiarity in risk decision engines and modeling services.
• Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and system implementation.
• Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle from research and design to launch.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects in dynamic environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI and machine learning.
• Knowledge of or passion for Bitcoin, Crypto, DeFi, and blockchain technology.
• Fluency in Mandarin.
