(Senior) Product Manager, DEX Institution Trading (Web3)

What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmaps for the DEX API based on market research and competitor analysis.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and API documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality API features.
• Oversee API performance, reliability, and scalability to ensure a best-in-class developer experience.
• Act as a primary advocate for developers, engaging with the DeFi community to foster a vibrant ecosystem.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, focusing on API products, trading systems, or FinTech.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, and DEXs.
• Proven experience launching API products using REST and WebSocket standards.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in Hong Kong.

Nice to have

• Experience with DEX aggregators, smart contract interactions, and cross-chain bridging.
• Knowledge of algorithmic trading strategies for institutional traders.
• Proficiency in Mandarin for communication with engineering teams.
• Experience building and managing developer communities.
