What you will do

• Design and manage core exchange infrastructure including order management, matching engines, and risk control systems.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to build systems that meet the highest regulatory standards in finance.
• Analyze competitive systems in both crypto and TradFi to define product strategy and market positioning.
• Develop data and monitoring layers to ensure real-time situational awareness of the trading stack.
• Define and execute 3–12 month product roadmaps based on capacity and competitive landscape.
• Design and ship multi-step AI agent workflows to automate and optimize trading operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, physics, or computer science.
• 5+ years of experience building sophisticated backend systems in crypto or Traditional Finance.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for cross-team and client communication.
• Must have current right to work in Singapore (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Strong logical thinking and ability to coordinate resources across departments.
• AI-native skillset with a focus on automating workflows.
