What you will do

• Design and optimize the end-to-end developer journey from onboarding to production integration.
• Drive adoption and growth of Business API Banking (BAB) platforms to enable scalable partner integrations.
• Evolve the developer portal, including documentation standards, SDKs, and sandbox environments.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative developer feedback into actionable platform improvements.
• Optimize internal engineering productivity and shared developer tools for internal teams.
• Strengthen the developer community through meetups, hackathons, and technical advocacy.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and developer platforms.
• Experience in Platform Engineering, API Products, Technical Product Management, or DevRel.
• Product mindset with a strong focus on usability and developer-centric thinking.
• Experience with SDKs, developer documentation, and sandbox environments.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
