What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for AI Trading features, including conversational interfaces and autonomous trading agents.
• Translate complex AI capabilities (LLMs, Agent technology) into intuitive user experiences for both novice and expert traders.
• Drive the full product lifecycle from user research and detailed PRDs to experimentation and data-driven iteration.
• Develop deep domain expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and crypto market structures to identify product opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, backend engineers, and UX designers.
• Shape the broader AI product strategy, including platform-level decisions around SDKs and AI advisors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML-powered products (chatbots, agents, copilots).
• Deep understanding of AI paradigms, including RAG, fine-tuning, and agent-based architectures.
• Strong technical intuition with the ability to discuss system architecture and prototype using Python.
• Genuine passion for crypto and trading, with understanding of order types and trading strategies (e.g., grid bots, DCA).
• Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders in the China-based R&D center.
• High agency and execution velocity in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI agents with multi-step reasoning and autonomous execution.
• Hands-on prototyping skills using Claude/GPT APIs or similar tools.
• Familiarity with quantitative trading strategies or algorithmic trading systems.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or AI SDK design.
• Prior work experience in high-growth crypto exchanges or DeFi protocols.
• Fluency in English.
