What you will do

• Own and operate the trade and position platform end-to-end, including roadmap and reliability.
• Build and maintain connectors to centralized exchanges and on-chain sources.
• Develop Python and SQL data models to normalize trade and account flows.
• Deliver trusted data outputs for finance, operations, and trading desks.
• Improve reconciliation workflows to resolve discrepancies between venue statements and internal records.
• Implement data quality controls with clear lineage and documentation.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in software or data engineering.
• Strong production Python and SQL skills (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Experience with external API integrations (REST/WebSocket).
• Familiarity with trade lifecycle concepts like positions, fees, and reconciliation.
• Fluency in Chinese and English is required.
• Ability to own production systems end-to-end.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow or Celery.
• Exposure to Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
• Knowledge of modern data platforms like Iceberg or ClickHouse.
