Site Document Controller (Construction): Managing the Document Management System (DMS) and ensuring accurate processing of project documentation with an accent on technical submittals and RFIs. Location: Onsite in Mons, Belgium

What you will do
- Manage and process project documentation within the DMS according to established procedures.
- Support Trade Partners and Package Managers with document control queries.
- Process and track Technical Submittals and RFIs.
- Perform QA checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with document control procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain strict security and confidentiality of all project information.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional office environment with a background in Document Control.
- Experience in document control specifically on construction projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Nice to have
- Professional knowledge of French.
