What you will do

• Coordinate resources and lead research and development efforts for the Token Markets platform.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain high-quality coding standards and promote efficient cross-team collaboration.
• Optimize JVM configurations and system performance for high-load environments.
• Mentor junior team members to foster technical growth within the team.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Hong Kong.
• Solid foundation in Java, including JVM tuning, multi-threading, and concurrency frameworks.
• Experience with SpringBoot, SpringMVC, Mybatis, and SpringCloud.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, including CAP theorem and consistency models.
• Proficiency with middleware such as MQ, RPC, and caching systems like Redis or Memcached.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is highly preferred.
• Passion for Web3 and experience with DApp business logic.
