Senior Data Engineer (Web3)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain real-time and batch data processing pipelines using Apache Flink.
• Architect and develop Flink streaming systems tailored to complex business requirements.
• Collaborate with data scientists to develop feature stores for production machine learning models.
• Work with cross-functional teams in AI, compliance, and risk to provide scalable data solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in real-time stream processing to ensure stability.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Apache Flink for real-time data streaming and architecture design.
• Experience with data platforms such as Alibaba Cloud Hologres, Doris, Clickhouse, or Spark.
• Experience in feature engineering and feature store development for production ML.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience, especially within large enterprises or international Fintech.
• Professional background in Fintech or blockchain companies.
• Strong English communication skills for effective work within a cross-national team.
