Venture Analyst & Coach (Startups)

What you will do

• Review and screen applications for Ventures Lab, ScaleUp Lab, and thematic accelerator programs.
• Assess early-stage ventures using evhirify.globalation criteria, rubrics, data rooms, and founder submissions.
• Coach founders on venture development, traction, execution, operational readiness, financial models, and pitch materials.
• Monitor funded ventures through KPI tracking, milestone verification, progress reviews, and tranche-based disbursement tracking.
• Analyse venture performance data and prepare evidence-based reports supporting funding, continuation, or termination decisions.
• Maintain venture documentation and collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Program teams on disbursements and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Management, or a related field.
• Experience supporting, analysing, or working with early-stage ventures or startups.
• Understanding of startup lifecycles, traction metrics, MVP validation, and execution risk.
• Ability to analyse financials, KPIs, and founder reports critically and objectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coach founders while maintaining accountability.
• High integrity, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple ventures under tight timelines.

• Experience in venture analysis, consulting, investment, or accelerator programs.
