What you will do

• Review and screen applications for various venture programs using defined evhirify.globalation rubrics.
• Provide hands-on coaching to founders on venture development, financial modeling, and pitch materials.
• Conduct structured progress reviews and milestone check-ins with assigned ventures.
• Monitor funded ventures through KPI tracking and milestone verification to ensure effective capital deployment.
• Analyze venture performance data to support funding, continuation, or termination decisions.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to manage disbursements and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience supporting, analyzing, or working with early-stage ventures or startups.
• Strong understanding of startup lifecycles, traction metrics, MVP validation, and execution risk.
• Ability to analyze financials and founder reports critically and objectively.
• High attention to detail and integrity in assessment and decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple ventures simultaneously under tight timelines.
