What you will do
- Manage K3s/Kubernetes operations, including version management, disaster recovery, and root cause analysis.
- Govern Zero Trust Network Access initiatives, optimizing access control policies and remediating device compliance risks.
- Build and enhance log monitoring systems and alert rules to proactively identify system risks.
- Design and deploy AI Agent workflows using Claude/GPT for log analysis, alert triage, and automated incident remediation.
- Collaborate with external vendors to resolve complex system issues and drive stability.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in security operations.
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes/K3s core concepts and cluster-level diagnosis.
- Solid knowledge of security principles, Zero Trust models, and network troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex) for scripting and fault diagnosis.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be based in Hong Kong.
Nice to have
- Experience with DACS/NAC or similar device access control systems.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Loki.
- Experience building AI Agents or implementing tool-calling workflows.
- Proven track record of managing vendor relationships for technical issue resolution.
