What you will do

• Coordinate and deliver SVP activities, events, and daily operations for student founder cohorts.
• Provide direct guidance to student founders on product development, business strategy, and traction milestones.
• Manage the mentorship program, including identifying, onboarding, and matching mentors with founders.
• Plan and execute entrepreneurship events such as hackathons, founder showcases, and networking sessions.
• Analyze venture performance data and prepare detailed progress reports for internal leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Admissions, Marketing, and Academic departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Management, Innovation, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating entrepreneurship programs or active involvement in the startup ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of startup lifecycles, MVP development, and market research.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts under pressure.
• Must be based in Rwanda.
