What you will do

• Facilitate E-LAB classes and hold office hours to provide insight, advice, and support for student projects.
• Collaborate on revamping and redesigning the E-Lab program structure.
• Implement the E-Lab program under the direction of the Center for Entrepreneurship team.
• Coordinate program events and ensure high levels of student adoption and completion.
• Manage and provide administrative support to work-study students and interns.
• Handle conflict resolution for students and teams within the lab environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Education, Innovation, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience facilitating or leading workshops, classes, or programs in an entrepreneurial or educational context.
• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring ventures.
• Background in managing or coordinating programs and events.
• Must be a founder of a venture (must be explicitly included in resume).
• Must be based in Rwanda.
