What you will do

• Manage finance queries via a ticketing system for students, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Escalate invoicing, credit notes, and refund queries to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain strong working relationships with finance customers.
• Assist in debt collection efforts to minimize outstanding receivables.
• Send statements of account and follow up on payments.
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc financial duties and safeguarding policy compliance.

Requirements

• Accounting-related degree and/or at least level 1 of ACCA/CPA or equivalent qualification.
• Basic understanding of finance processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in diverse teams.
• Proactive self-starter capable of working under tight deadlines.
• Must be based in Rwanda.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in G-Suite and Excel.
• Experience with accounting software.
