What you will do

• Drive the integration of industry trends and global best practices into the academic almanac.
• Oversee academic program quality, accreditation, and regulatory compliance to ensure continuous excellence.
• Lead research and thought leadership agendas to enhance the university's global reputation and credibility.
• Provide strategic oversight for academic program execution across undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a strong pipeline of qualified, innovative faculty.
• Lead specific institutional units including the School of Business and the Centre for Entrepreneurship.

Requirements

• Terminal degree (PhD, EdD, DBA) in business, education, or a closely related discipline.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in higher education roles.
• Proven track record in academic strategy, program leadership, and institutional development.
• Recognized scholarly contributions including publications and participation in international forums.
• Expertise in business development and market positioning for academic products and executive education.
• Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
