What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to country and functional leadership on people, performance, and culture.
  • Drive end-to-end performance management processes, including calibration and accountability initiatives.
  • Lead workforce planning, succession strategy, and data-driven talent health assessments.
  • Champion organizational culture and vhirify.globales while managing change and team restructuring.
  • Coordinate all in-country HR operations, including compliance, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Leverage people analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for organizational improvement.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of progressive HR experience, specifically in HR Business Partnering or strategic roles.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to influence decision-making.
  • Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management frameworks.
  • Experience managing end-to-end HR processes in fast-paced or multi-country environments.
  • Ability to integrate strategy with operational execution and compliance.
  • Must be based in Rwanda or willing to work from the Rwanda office.
