What you will do
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor to country and functional leadership on people, performance, and culture.
- Drive end-to-end performance management processes, including calibration and accountability initiatives.
- Lead workforce planning, succession strategy, and data-driven talent health assessments.
- Champion organizational culture and ves while managing change and team restructuring.
- Coordinate all in-country HR operations, including compliance, payroll, and employee relations.
- Leverage people analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for organizational improvement.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of progressive HR experience, specifically in HR Business Partnering or strategic roles.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to influence decision-making.
- Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management frameworks.
- Experience managing end-to-end HR processes in fast-paced or multi-country environments.
- Ability to integrate strategy with operational execution and compliance.
- Must be based in Rwanda or willing to work from the Rwanda office.
