What you will do

• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for EMBA and postgraduate programmes.
• Manage the end-to-end admissions process from initial enquiry to final enrollment.
• Own tuition revenue targets and track enrollment against financial projections.
• Build and maintain corporate partnerships to develop sponsored or cohort-based enrollment opportunities.
• Coach and develop a Postgraduate Admissions Associate to manage candidate pipelines.
• Represent the university at domestic and international recruitment events and conferences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in postgraduate/executive education admissions, recruitment, or business development.
• Demonstrated understanding of the EMBA market and executive-level candidate motivations.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven recruitment approaches.
• Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior professionals and C-suite executives.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
