What you will do

• Test mobile banking apps (iOS and Android) and backend services/APIs to verify functionality and performance.
• Perform bug triage, reproduction, log analysis, and utilize monitoring tools.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and backlog grooming.
• Manage testing for app releases and support high-quality production deployments.
• Develop the QA knowledge base and test case library while contributing to the automation strategy.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to maintain overall product quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of manual QA experience with web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in API testing using Postman in multi-service backend environments.
• Strong knowledge of exploratory and risk-based testing techniques.
• Experience managing the full defect lifecycle.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Belgrade, Serbia (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Prior experience in fintech or digital banking products.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Antigravity.
