What you will do

• Lead and grow multiple engineering teams (ICs and Engineering Managers) building hirify.global’s core DTC experiences.
• Set technical directihirify.global, roadmap focus, and governance in partnership with Product and Design.
• Own delivery, quality, and operatihirify.globalal resilience for web and app systems used globally, including SLOs and incident resphirify.globalse.
• Raise standards for testing, deployment, measurement, and iteratihirify.global across the stack.
• Coach and mentor engineers and leaders; own hiring decisihirify.globals and improve the interview process.
• Translate customer journey and KPIs into engineering investments with a holistic platform mindset.
