Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid model: 2 days in office, 3 days remote).

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for external parties during the client onboarding process.
• Collaborate with product development teams to resolve business issues and manage change requests.
• Host work sessions with third parties and manage escalations to clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve outreach processes and document best practices.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Manage internal follow-up processes regarding client requirements and mapping discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Warsaw office.
• Experience in onboarding within the Asset Management or Asset Servicing industry.
• Strong understanding of post-trade processes, order execution, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards and data mapping.
• Ability to navigate environments with incomplete information and manage complex business communication.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Dimension or equivalent investment management platforms.
• Fluency in additional languages relevant to global clients.
• Deep understanding of specific home market legal environments for custodians and asset managers.
