TL;DR
DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (Web3): Building and maintaining AIOps infrastructure, unified monitoring and alerting, and FinOps cost observability platforms with an accent on multi-cloud operations, CI/CD toolchains, and cloud security. Focus on optimizing R&D infrastructure, governing monitoring data and alerts, visualizing cloud costs, and supporting compliance auditing.
Location: Singapore, Singapore; current right to work in Singapore required

What you will do
- Build and maintain core infrastructure for the AIOps platform, including unified monitoring and alerting.
- Develop and operate the FinOps cost observability platform across Alibaba Cloud and AWS.
- Maintain and optimize internal R&D infrastructure such as GitLab, Nexus, and Sonar.
- Manage monitoring data collection, alert governance, and cloud cost visualization.
- Support cloud security alert management and compliance auditing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of DevOps or SRE experience.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Go or Java.
- Hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud or AWS, including cloud monitoring and cost management tools.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and CI/CD toolchains such as GitLab CI, Nexus, and container registries.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills; current Singapore work authorization required, with no visa sponsorship available.
Nice to have
- Experience developing AIOps or observability platforms.
- Full-stack experience with React or Vue and backend APIs.
- Experience with AI/LLM application development, including LLM API integration, RAG, or agent frameworks.
