What you will do

• Manage and grow company social media channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
• Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar across multiple platforms.
• Create and publish engaging content, including posts, carousels, videos, and Shorts.
• Adapt blogs, case studies, and videos into platform-specific social media content.
• Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and industry discussions.
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, webinars, and events.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably in B2B or Tech.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn targeting US/EU audiences.
• Experience managing platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
• Ability to create clear, engaging content and basic visuals.
• Understanding of analytics and performance tracking.

Nice to have

• Experience in the IT or Tech Industry.
• Proficiency with social media tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Experience with Reddit or community management.
