What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for multiple simultaneous projects.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Pre-Sales teams to drive initial project phases.
• Develop and manage resourcing plans and sprint tasks across multiple projects based on priority.
• Prepare executive summaries with estimated timelines and resource impacts for stakeholders.
• Organize and manage project workflows and task tracking within Jira.
• Create meaningful project plans including dependencies, risks, and regular status updates.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management positions.
• Proven experience in short and long-term team resourcing.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience building Gantt charts within an Agile environment.
• Proficiency with Atlassian products and other project management tools.
• English: B2 or above required.

Nice to have

• Experience managing projects specifically related to DevOps and Infrastructure.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint or other presentation software.
