What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end mobile systems from architecture to launch strategy.
• Identify new product opportunities and scalable solutions to grow the crypto ecosystem.
• Break down complex engineering projects into executable tasks and align cross-functional teams.
• Ship production-quality code with a focus on maintainability, documentation, and test coverage.
• Serve as a subject matter expert within the mobile engineering team and provide domain-level consultation.
• Participate in interviewing and onboarding new team members.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree/experience.
• Must have experience in fintech, crypto, or Web3 environments.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact.
• Experience building AI-leveraged engineering workflows and codifying repeatable agent skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Proven experience shipping production-quality mobile code (iOS and/or Android).
• Strong proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, or React Native.
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols, wallet integrations, or on-chain data.
• Experience contributing to open source projects or active participation in the developer community.
• Experience adhering to responsible, ethical AI practices.
