International Business And Trade Programme Manager (Education)

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end student and faculty experience for the International Business and Trade programme.
• Lead and mentor a faculty team to ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment delivery.
• Collaborate on curriculum redesign to meet the evolving needs of students and industry stakeholders.
• Lead annual programme reviews and implement enhancements based on student feedback and quality metrics.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external academic quality standards.
• Participate in institutional governance, including the assessment board and Senate sub-committees.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in leadership development or experiential education within higher education.
• Proven track record in curriculum design, development, and quality assurance.
• Demonstrated ability in team leadership, mentoring, and performance management.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
