What you will do

• Own the overall frontend strategy and team across core verticals including Trading and Payment, overseeing hiring and pipeline building.
• Lead technical design and delivery for trading systems, wallet management, AI-powered trading products, and payment gateway integrations.
• Integrate AI into product decisions and design to evolve user expectations and product form factors.
• Drive tech stack alignment and establish high engineering quality standards, specifically regarding private key security and attack prevention.
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, Security, and Compliance teams to drive cross-functional business outcomes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in APAC.
• 10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in technical team management.
• Deep expertise in React/Vue internals, performance optimization, and full-stack capabilities.
• Proven track record of leading frontend for products with 1M+ DAU in high-concurrency environments.
• English: C1 (Fluent) required for technical discussions and international collaboration.
• Deep understanding of AI's impact on product design and experience with AI Spec-Driven Development.

Nice to have

• Strong familiarity with Web3 ecosystem tools: ethers.js, wagmi, viem, and WalletConnect.
• Experience with CEX/DEX trading mechanics and mainstream payment gateway ecosystems.
• Experience managing multi-language and multi-jurisdiction compliance requirements for global products.
