What you will do
- Lead strategic execution for AI capability development, product delivery, and cloud services.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, managing timelines, budgets, and risks across multiple AI initiatives.
- Act as the primary bridge between technical teams (AI, engineering) and non-technical stakeholders.
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics to measure the impact of AI initiatives.
- Own and improve the AI organization's operating rhythm, including release planning and dependency management.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI goals with overall company strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within AI, data science, or software development.
- Proven track record of leading complex AI/ML initiatives in a fast-paced tech company or game studio.
- Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle tools such as MLflow, SageMaker, or TensorFlow Serving.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Business Management, or a related field.
- Must be based in the Singapore office.
