TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in San José, Costa Rica (Office attendance average 4 days per week)

What you will do
- Translate design mockups and wireframes into interactive and pixel-perfect web interfaces.
- Build and maintain reusable components and libraries to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and RESTful APIs.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks to maximize speed and scalability.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and write unit and integration tests for front-end code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical solution planning in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Proficiency in ReactJS and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router).
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development.
- Proficiency with Git, Webpack, Babel, and design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Must be based in or able to work from the office in San José, Costa Rica.
Nice to have
- Experience with Tailwind CSS.
- Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
