What you will do

• Lead frontend architecture using React 18, TypeScript, and Vite Module Federation across 9 micro-frontends.
• Architect and maintain the platform shell, including navigation, session management, and RBAC enforcement.
• Establish and govern a shared design system and component library to ensure UX consistency.
• Build, mentor, and manage a professional frontend engineering team.
• Implement RBAC-driven UI patterns, conditional rendering, and route guards for multiple user personas.
• Collaborate with backend, product, and DevOps teams to support deployment via CI/CD on AWS (S3, CloudFront, EKS).

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Expertise in Micro-frontend architecture (Vite Module Federation, single-spa, or similar).
• Proficiency in modern state management such as Zustand or TanStack Query.
• Proven experience in a Tech Lead or Team Lead role.
• Experience with AWS frontend hosting and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of CSS architecture at scale, including Tailwind CSS or CSS Modules.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization libraries like Recharts, D3, or AG Grid.
• Knowledge of accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA) at scale.
• Experience with visual flow/diagram builders such as React Flow or JointJS.
• Familiarity with real-time UI patterns using WebSockets or SSE.
• Previous experience with Telecom or SaaS platform UI.
