Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid role with significant field activity).

What you will do

  • Provide medical and scientific expertise to support strategic and operational brand plans.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with medical experts through scientific exchange.
  • Design and execute medical projects, including patient support and early access programs.
  • Review and approve promotional materials to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Deliver scientific updates and training to internal teams and field forces.
  • Coordinate company-initiated studies and support the generation of Real-World Evidence (RWE).

Requirements

  • Degree in medicine, pharmacy, or life sciences (MSc, MD, PhD).
  • Fluent English and Spanish (oral and written).
  • Prior experience in medical affairs within a pharmaceutical company.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and the Medicines Act.
  • Ability to work independently in a cross-functional matrix setting.
  • Willingness to travel for congresses and field activities.

Nice to have

  • Specific medical or scientific expertise in dermatology.
  • Experience in clinical research.
