Salary: €60,500 - €85,800

What you will do

• Act as a Founding Engineer for a new product spinoff, taking end-to-end ownership of features.
• Design and implement agentic workflows and LLM-integrated features within a cloud-native environment.
• Collaborate with the team to establish quarterly roadmaps and technical goals.
• Participate in customer calls to identify needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Review code daily and mentor junior team members to foster engineering quality.
• Build, deploy, measure, and adjust AI-powered features as hypotheses.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React or TypeScript.
• Proven track record of shipping AI-powered features with a focus on production reliability.
• Experience with LLM architecture tradeoffs and agentic workflows.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from scratch with incomplete information.
• Must be able to work on-site in Barcelona or Madrid several days a week.

• Experience transitioning teams from deterministic to probabilistic thinking.
