What you will do

• Design and maintain production-ready golden paths for infrastructure, CI/CD, DNS, and monitoring using IaC templates.
• Automate high-risk operations into deterministic, auditable self-service pipelines.
• Implement cloud governance and security guardrails, including IAM, SSO, and preventative/detective controls.
• Build secure guardrails for AI coding tools and agent-based workflows.
• Support FinOps initiatives by improving cost visibility and optimization across teams.
• Mentor engineers, lead architectural reviews, and set technical standards for the cloud organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Helsinki, Finland.
• Deep experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS or Google Cloud).
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and GitHub Actions.
• Strong background in cloud security, IAM, and identity management (SSO, OIDC).
• Proven ability to drive complex, ambiguous projects with high autonomy.
• Strong scripting and programming skills for automation and custom tooling.

Nice to have

• Experience with multiple hyperscalers.
• Knowledge of Internal Developer Portals like Backstage.
• Experience securing AI agents or building MCP servers.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools like n8n or Temporal.
• Background in FinOps tooling and cost-optimization.
